Overview

Good Luck Pizza, nestled conveniently within Philadelphia International Airport’s Terminal E, offers travelers a surprising slice of culinary delight. This restaurant stands out not just for its strategic location but also for delivering quality and comfort in a space where rushed meals often reign. Whether you’re waiting for a flight or seeking a satisfying meal after a long journey, Good Luck Pizza crafts an inviting atmosphere with friendly, attentive service despite the bustling terminal environment.

The menu strikes an impressive balance between classic favorites and creative twists. Pizza lovers will find the thin-crust options truly exceptional, with the Nonna pizza frequently praised for its perfectly balanced sauce, melty cheese, and crisp texture. The Cheese Supreme and Pepperoni Pizza echo that mastery with rich toppings and a delicate crust, making each bite memorable. Beyond pizza, the restaurant diversifies with standout dishes like shrimp scampi linguine and chicken parmesan, showcasing an ability to cater to diverse palates.

Breakfast or brunch offerings elevate Good Luck Pizza to a rare airport gem. Items such as the shakshuka and shrimp scampi benedict have garnered enthusiastic reviews, celebrated for their vibrant flavors and generous portions. These dishes, paired with carefully curated drinks like the cosmopolitan martini or refreshing margaritas, transform a simple airport meal into an experience worth savoring.

The space itself is pleasantly clean and well-kept, offering a relatively quiet retreat compared to the usual airport clamor, especially during off-peak hours. The bar area, with a decent selection of cocktails and wines including a dry Prosecco from Veneto, complements the dining experience well. For travelers seeking a combination of hearty comfort food and well-executed classics in a casual yet refined setting, Good Luck Pizza consistently delivers.

In essence, Good Luck Pizza redefines airport dining by blending familiar Italian-American staples with a touch of elegance and flavor. It's a destination that appeals to solo travelers, families, and anyone looking to start their journey on a delicious note without sacrificing quality or time. This spot proves that good food and friendly service can thrive even in the busiest of travel hubs.

After a couple of bites, my family and I had to evaluate and... the Nonna pizza was probably one of the best pizza's we've ever had. Light, thin crust, with well balanced sauce and toppings. The staff where slammed with a wave of guests but made sure everyone was attended to. Can't believe I'm writing this, but I hope to be back at this random airport restaurant.

Located in Terminal E at the end. Decent size bar and service. Depending on the time you go could be noisy, but it was relatively quiet for us on a mid-morning flight. Very convenient for gate E14-20. Ordered an espresso martini, hot grandma pizza and the roast pork sandwich. The pizza was delicious, great cheese pull and thinner crust which I love. The roast pork sandwich was very tasty and great portion size. The espresso martini was sufficient. Great they used la colombe in the mix. Overall, a pretty good preflight meal in Terminal E. Would recommend.

Do yourself a favor and make time for a visit here. I stopped in for breakfast and had the best shashuka I’ve ever eaten (and one of the best meals in an airport). Amazing, friendly service, incredible food, and a lovely clean restaurant— what more could you want?!

With a wonderful take on a classic cosmopolitan by adding elderflower, Good Luck provides a nice experience with friendly service (thank you, Andre ;) )! Those normal, pesky airport prices are all made up for by the atmosphere and the phenomenal food. I am hoping to be able to have to come back to the E Gates in Philadelphia soon just to be here again. (pictured are the elderflower cosmopolitan and the whipped ricotta)
